GENOME EDITING AND TARGETING
The Genome targeting and editing platform aims to provide experimental and technical expertise to researchers interested in performing targeted or genome-wide screens
and the generation of cellular and animal models using the CRISPR-Cas9 system.
The platform will work directly to:

create novel reporter systems

optimize relevant strategies

design, amplify and package sgRNA libraires

assist in reagent and vector generation and creation

library sequencing preparation and data analysis

incorporate and develop new advances and technologies in the field
